Boca DOC “Vigna Cristiana”, the historical denomination and first wine produced by the firm, is composed of 70% Nebbiolo, 20% Vespolina and 10% Uva Rara grapes.It rests in large oak barrelsfor three years, in which it develops its own peculiar complexity. In the end, the wine is refined in bottle for another twelve months.With a ruby red colour, our Boca “Vigna Cristiana” is elegant to the nose, with notes of spices and red berries. To the mouth, it has a perfect balance between the tannins and the tartness derived from the soil.
This wine pairs very well with first dishes, especially risotto, but also with seconds of meat, wild game, cured meats and aged cheeses. Boca DOC is a very enduring wine, which can last even 20 years in perfect shape.
